Danai Anesiadou studied at Koninklijke Academie voor Schone Kunsten Gent and at DasArts in Amsterdam.
Her work and performances have been featured at the Muhka, Antwerp (2005); de Singel, Antwerp (2007); 5th Berlin Biennial (2008); Wiels, Brussels, Etablissement d'Enface Projects, Brussels; De Kiosk, Ghent (2009), Curated By, Vienna; Witte de With, Rotterdam; Neue Aachner Kunstverein (2010). In 2010 she was guest lecturer at the Banff Center in Canada and in February 2011 she will participate in the group show "The Other Tradition" at Wiels Contemporay Art Center in Brussels and will do a year residency at the I.S.C.P. in New York.
